Making music is transformative. It alters the biochemistry of our brains and strengthens us as individuals and as a community. Throughout history, women’s voices have been repressed. Through songs and stories, Judy Gorman will explore this history and inspire us all to find our voices.
Judy Gorman is a NYC musician. Her guitar work and singing are infused with blues, folk and jazz. Gorman has performed internationally at festivals, concert halls, and universities. She has shared the stage with Pete Seeger, Odetta, Harry Belafonte, Suzanne Vega and many more.
