There are decorations on the outside of the buildings, including a couple of visilbe American flags, and a few strings of triangular flags hanging across the street. Inscribed in ink on back: "This is the way the street & houses across the street from us looked when all decorated. This was taken the morning after the block party, Sunday - August 19-1945."
