Five children are playing on a four-wheeled bicycle, and one is walking alone with a long stick in their hand. There is an overturned four-wheeled bicycle in the middle of the sidewalk and a fire hydrant in the lower right foreground. Printed label on back reading: Bert H. Molow, P.O. Box 74, Nesconset, NY 11767-0074. Inscribed in pencil on back: "West 20's between Surf & Neptune Ave's, 1972" and "Coney Isl., 1970-1980, #3."
