  • SummaryCaption: "Portrait memorial--The unveiling of a portrait in oils of the late John W.Fraser, former president of the Roosevelt Savings Bank, took place yesterday on the banking floor of the institution.The portrait was painted by Howard Hildebrandt, prominent portrait painter of New York. Mr. Fraser was, for 33 years, a trustee of the bank and served as its president for 24 years. All those who knew Mr.Fraser will be glad to know that his portrait will occupy a prominent place on the banking floor."
