Caption: "Bethlehem Evangelical Lutheran Church. Founded in 1905 in a store on 6th Avenue and 51st Street. In 1921 moved to 4th and Ovington Avenues. The basement was dedicated in 1922, the upper structure in 1930. the present church is Gothic architecture. Dr. Raymond Surburg is Pastor."
