Two children stand at ground level and two have climbed higher up on the fence. There is a tree to the right in the foreground and a playground to the left. Printed label on back reading: Bert H. Molow, P.O. Box 74, Nesconset, NY 11767-0074. Inscribed in pencil on back: "West 20's between Surf & Neptune Ave's, 1972" and "Coney Island, 1970-1980, #2."
