This course introduces the 4 aspects of data; Create, Read, Update, and Delete (CRUD). Students will learn how to use SQL to create a database, populate with information, update and query the database. The course is recommended for all learners interested in acquiring basic data management skills to apply to their various fields. It is structured to get you accustomed and familiar with the key skills used in Data Science.

Dr. Eugene Opoku-Mensah (Ph.D.) is an Assistant Professor at Felician University’s Department of Computer Science. To his credit, he has taught diverse students in Ghana teaching Mathematics, then continued in China and now in the United States. Dr. Opoku-Mensah uses an interactive approach with practical illustrations that attracts students’ interest to grasp the concepts being taught. His interest is Data Science and Information Security in Healthcare Systems.
