The course evaluates the various types of housing provision and the various approaches used in the delivery of housing units. The course further identifies technologies and processes to improve the provision of housing in contemporary industry and project-based environments. The extension of the knowledge of sustainable practices and procurement approaches for the delivery of housing, especially in a metro city. Conclusively, the exploration of the challenges and opportunities of housing provision in a metro city aims to develop the knowledge of the participants and improves the awareness of investors, especially those seeking to acquire skills needed for success in real estate investing.

Ajibola Fatokun is a qualified professor with many years of experience as a construction professional, lecturer and university administrator. Skilled in the subject of construction engineering management. Demonstrated achievements in the form of academic scholarships and awards. Published in multiple scholarly journals and conference proceedings

In collaboration with Prospect Park Alliance, Brooklyn Public Library presents University Open Air, a free, three-week series of classes beginning Tuesday, June 11th in Prospect Park’s former Rose Garden.
