The course evaluates the various types of housing provision and the various approaches used in the delivery of housing units. The course further identifies technologies and processes to improve the provision of housing in contemporary industry and project-based environments. The extension of the knowledge of sustainable practices and procurement approaches for the delivery of housing, especially in a metro city.
