We are excited to announce our upcoming AniTOMO Manga & Anime Convention presented by Brooklyn Public Library as part of our BKLYN Incubator program that helps staff and partners try innovative ideas.
"Are you a fan of Manga and Anime? AniTomo is here to feed your appetite in several different ways! From the minds of BIPOC trailblazers comes a cross pollination between Brooklyn and Japan! Join us to celebrate AniTOMO’s inaugural convention with a series of manga and anime programs designed by teens and young adults from local libraries across Brooklyn!
Some of this year's featured highlights include:
Distribution Panel: What It Takes To Get A Story To The Big Screen
with GKIDS | 1:45 PM - 2:30 PM
The panel will focus on the distribution of anime on a massive scale. Attendees will have a chance to learn how to put together a pitch deck. Interest in the industry will spark new narratives and ideas allowing for Q&A sessions followed by an EXCLUSIVE GIVEAWAY!
