Join multidisciplinary artist and facilitator Chyna Cassell in celebrating Pride Month with selected essays from Black lesbian feminist warrior poet mother Audre Lorde's essay collection SISTER OUTSIDER.

In this three-part workshop series, patrons will read and discuss three essential essays — Uses of the Erotic: The Erotic as Power, The Master's Tools Will Never Dismantle the Master’s House, and Age, Race, Class, and Sex: Women Redefining Difference — from the collection exploring themes of sexism, racism, classism, power, and more.

Printed copies of each essay and supplies will be provided.

Attendance to each session is not required.
