Tai Chi (Supreme Ultimate) is a form of Chinese martial arts. It originated in the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644). Its slow movements emphasize that one’s Yin and Yang be brought to balance. Regular practice improves balance and blood circulation. It relaxes the mind and body, and increases the chi (internal energy).
