Diaspora in China: Jews in Kaifeng

Jews in Kaifeng is the first session of series of  Jewish diaspora in China delivered by the librarian, Frank Xu who will walk you through and examine the evolution of the Kaifeng Jewish community separated by thousands of miles from the rest of the world and cut off from contact with main centers of Jewish life, progressively absorbing Chinese elements while trying to keep its distinctive Jewish culture.
