Diversity Visa (Green Card) Lottery, DV-2025
The Electronic Diversity Visa Program (DV), commonly referred to as the Visa or Green Card Lottery, is now open and BPL will be participating to provide patrons with in-person assistance in completing the online entry form. Federal law provides for a class of immigrants known as “diversity immigrants,” from countries with historically low rates of immigration to the United States. A limited number of visas are available each fiscal year and DVs are distributed based on the electronic lottery. There is no cost to register for the DV program.
