Events for Youth & Families: Finest Ballet Compositions by Brighton Ballet Theater

Brighton Ballet Theater (BBT) will showcase excerpts from original ballets created especially for a young audience, including the Soldiers' Dance, Snow Fairies' Dance, Doll Dance, French Variation, Chinese, Slavic, Spanish, and Arabian dances from The Nutcracker, and Little Red Riding Hood and the Wolf dance, German Dance, Tarantella from the original ballet Nanny's Story, set to music by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky from his Children's Album, as well as the Dying Swan from The Ugly Duckling and the Waltz from Cinderella.

These performances are part of Brighton Ballet Theater's broader mission to educate children of all ages about Classical ballet and folk dance.
