Events for Youth and Family kids

Have you ever wondered why spiders have such thin legs? Join us for an interactive storytime with Ada Ari, author of The Spider's Thin Legs. In this program, we will learn about a time-honored folktale from Ghana. Participants will also learn a famous Ghanaian dance move, learn fun cultural facts about the Ashanti kingdom of Ghana (birthplace of this story), and engage in coloring activities. Fun animal stickers are included.

Events for Youth & Families programs are made possible through generous support from the Estate of Pearl S. Reuillard in memory of her parents Yetta and Louis Schwartz.
