The Friends of Clinton Hill Library will co-sponsor an outdoor Local Artisans Craft Fair on Saturday, October 14th, 2023, from 11 am – 4 pm (rain date is Saturday, October 21st):

Vendor applications (see page 2 for form) and rules of conduct will be available from the Clinton Hill Library info desk from FRIDAY, August 25th through SATURDAY, September 16th 2023.  Applications can also be requested by emailing tmantrone@bklynlibrary.org.

Applications must be turned into the info desk or scanned and emailed to tmantrone@bklynlibrary.org . No applications will be accepted after Saturday, September 16th, 2023. ALL Applicants will be notified on Saturday, September 23rd, 2023.  Contact Tracey Mantrone at 718.398.8713 ext. 83116 if you need help copying or scanning an application.

The fair will be held outside of the library on Saturday, October 14th, 2023. In case of rain, it will take place on Saturday, October 21st, 2023.

  • Table set-up will begin at 10:00 am. All tables must be broken down by 4:30 pm. Sales will take place between 11 am – 4 pm.
  • The library will provide tables and chairs as needed for the tables. No electricity or shade cover will be available. Drinking water will be provided as needed.
  • All items must be hand-made by the applicant. No more than two vendors of similar items will be selected to provide a range of wares for buyers.
  • The Friends of Clinton Hill Library will receive ten percent (10 %) of the vendor earnings, with a maximum of $25.00 (twenty-five dollars) per vendor.
