Tigers and pumpkins and unicorns, oh my! Come to the Highlawn Library for some Halloween Face Painting Fun! All ages welcome. 

Program capacity is limited; please plan to arrive early and pick up a ticket at the front desk. Face paint stencil designs will be available for those who do not receive a ticket for a full face paint.
