You are invited to join us for Philosophy Discussion!  

In 2025, we are embarking on a journey through the whole of Plato’s Republic. This April, we are reading Book 4.  

Our Evening meeting begins with a collaborative review of the text, after which we break into small discussion groups. 

This month, we will meet a little earlier than usual - 6pm instead of 6:15 - and then at 7pm, we'll head down as a group to the Open Socrates author event in the Dweck Center. 

Come learn about Plato's philosophy while getting to know other like-minded individuals in a friendly, collegial setting.

 

 

 

 

All parties are welcome.  No previous philosophical background is required.  Copies of the text are available for free at the BPL Central Library, 2nd Floor SST Reference Desk.
