Storytime: Cast Your Vote!
Democracy is a parenting issue! 2024 is the year for another presidential election & September 17th is National Voter Registration Day. At this unique storytime, kids will vote for which books we will read during story time while learning about voting and elections. Parents and caregivers will get a chance to register to vote and receive non-partisan election information.
Voting-themed giveaway books will be available for families, while supplies last.
This program is made possible due to the generous support of City’s First Reader, an initiative of the New York City Council.
