Dramatic Literature
Acting training is based on the idea that the human condition can be observed, analyzed, understood and depicted through dramatic literature and performance.
The 8 session workshop will discuss classic and modern plays to stimulate ideas about history and culture. Group activities include reading scenes aloud, analysis of key moments in the script and discussion of playwrights intentions, themes and historical context. Some home preparation will be assigned.
