University Open Air: The Ideal US City After the Covid-19 Pandemic: Extensive or Dense?

In this class, we will learn about the types of cities that currently exist in the US and we will debate which is the best type of city for life and the fight against climate change in a post-pandemic context: whether it’s the large city or the dense city?

Marcelo Arroyave is a researcher and counselor with 4+ years of experience in qualitative and quantitative research,  advising, outreach, and 3+ years of experience in postsecondary and K-12 education. He works with economically disadvantaged youth, low-income communities, and immigrants in vulnerable situations through Community Outreach. He has a Bachelors degree in Sociology and a Masters degree in Urban Anthropology from Rovira and Virgili University in Catalonia.
