University Open Air: Nine-Rounds of Breathing for Purification
Breathing purifies the stale energy in the body, cleans all three channels, helps to flow the energy without blockages, reduces negative emotions, tranquilizes your mind, and boosts your immune system, thereby preventing many physical and mental disorders and helping to heal diseases swiftly.
Ends with 10-15 minutes of guided meditation.
Dr. Chok Tenzin Monlam is a Tibetan yoga and mindfulness instructor. He has over a decade of experience spreading Tibetan teachings including yoga and meditation methods around the world. He has spent ten-plus years dedicated to the study of Buddhist physical and mental healings. He has written and translated more than 30 books and numerous articles into English and Tibetan. Since the pandemic, he has taught virtual courses all over the globe.
