Data breaches have become a major concern. In fact, big companies like Yahoo, Twitter, and Uber have fallen victim to data breaches eventually paying out huge sums of money to bad actors. Your private network could be vulnerable to attack if your personal information is hacked, which is why it's important to check the security of your private information regularly. 

This course is especially recommended to anyone curious about the booming cybersecurity industry or how to safeguard their electronic devices against malicious 

 

 

Eugene Opoku-Mensah is an Assistant Professor at Middlesex’s College Department of Computer Science with a special focus in data science and information security. He taught mathematics and technology in Ghana, China, and the United States. Dr. Opoku-Mensah uses an interactive approach to help students grasp difficult concepts.
