Everyone is welcome!
Chair Yoga is a great way to get the wonderful health benefits of yoga. Staying seated means that everyone can safely do the exercises. Practicing yoga can loosen and stretch painful muscles, reduce stress levels, improve breathing habits, and lead to better sleep.
Seraphina is a 200 hour certified Vinyasa yoga teacher and has been teaching movement and dance for the past 10 years. This will be a beginners level chair yoga class that focuses on the basics of breath and asana. She cannot wait to see you on your chairs.
Registration is required for this program.
This is a virtual program that will require either a computer with audio or a telephone, in order to participate. The Zoom login information will be emailed an hour prior to the event. This program is brought to you by the Windsor Terrace library.
