Wikipedia Day NYC
Join us for Wikipedia Day in NYC to celebrate Wikipedia's birthday! In January 2001, Wikipedia was established and first edited and since then, millions of users all over New York and the globe have contributed to making Wikipedia the largest encyclopedia in the world. We will be coming together to celebrate the achievements of Wikipedia, leading Wikipedia trainings, hearing from leaders in the movement exploring new ways of using the platform, and connecting with each other in person. In the evening, continue the celebration with us at an off-site after party with food, drinks, and socializing.
