- SummaryCaption: "More help for handicapped youth--New treatment center for children with physical disadvantages is opened by Visiting Nurse Association [of Brooklyn] at 228 York St., with actress Celeste Holm officiating. It will serve the Fort Greene area. At ceremonies are Mrs. Travis H. Whitney, president of Willoughby House, which houses the center; Miss Holm, cutting ribbon; Annemarie Rumpler of the Brooklyn Nurse group, holding in her arms two-year-old Denise Aviles of 234 Sands St., and Mrs. Jean A. Curran, Visiting Nurse's president, with four-year-old Ralph Aviles."
