Free, general manager of the Hotel St. George, gets ready to take off Tuesday after a final conference with students of the State University Institute of Arts and Sciences, 300 Pearl St., who will operate the hotel that day in the first hotel education program of its kind. Conferring with him are Mrs. Sali Friedman, who will be a student manager, and Arthur Mangual of 746 Union St., who will be the student chef. Mangual was a cook with the 1st Marine Division in Korea just one year ago."
