This photo is a combination of an air view and an architect's conception of what the plant would look like when completed. the sweeping road is Belt Parkway. Large rectangular areas in foreground are landscaped tops of vats made into playground (at left) and park space. Edison powerhouse is shown at middle left and in fromt of that three vents, 100 feet high, which will give off the 'odorless' fumes."
