- SummaryCaption: "They had a tournament in the back yard at the Long Island College Hospital in which 'seeded players' took part, but it was not tennis. Medicos and nurses hurled watermelon seeds at Nurse Margaret Manchinni, who paid a price for not being able to eat her share of a watermelon. The marksmen were Nurses Joan Bendixsen, Helen Kryskiewicz, Marilyn Torns, Susie DeStefano, and Drs. Harold Conrad, John Hebb, and Richard Call.
