  • SummaryCaption: "Landing on lake--Arthur N. Schoepflin, 46, of 1274 Pacific St., ties up his small Luscomb seaplane after he had made emergency landing in Prospect Park [Lake] yesterday. Clare Jatsa, 20, of 82 Mill Ave., who was passenger in flight from Mill Basin, watches operations. In alighting on water, plane barely missed a heavily loaded rowboat, but no on was injured. Police ... gave the pilot a summons ... for low flying." There is a motorboat moored in foreground and group of spectators and section of park in background.
