Welcome to the Mobile Services Request Form. We will ask you a series of questions which will help us understand your needs and direct you to the person or people who can best support them.
Before we begin, please read the descriptions below. These vehicle descriptions will help you decide where to start. Once we have your request, we'll contact you within 5 business days.
And if you can’t decide between the three vehicles, don’t worry! There’s a place at the end of this process that will allow you to let us know. We can figure it out in the follow-up!
Our Bookmobiles bring library services to you. Services include book-browsing, library card distribution, reference and information services, and free wifi. And if you have an outing or program designed for a specific population or subject matter, we can develop a collection that will cater to your audience. Choose Bookmobile if you're aimed toward Older Adults, Adults, Teens, Tweens and Families and we can curate our collection for those audiences.
The Kidsmobile visits schools, daycare centers, parks, special education programs, and community events. The Kidsmobile offers storytimes during school visits, craft activities in parks in the summer, library card distribution, and book browsing and borrowing. Our books and materials are for youth ages birth through 16. We welcome children and teens with disabilities. Choose the Kidsmobile if your audience is children and young teens.
The newest addition to our Fleet, the Techmobile comes with 5 desktop computers, 10 laptop computers, indoor and outdoor screens, exterior speakers and outlets, furniture for outdoor seating, free wifi, and adaptable interior space to allow flexibility for programming. What we lack in books we make up for in access to knowledge. Charge your phone. Work with the library to create a podcasting or makerspace program. Touch up your cover letter and resume. Plan a sidewalk karaoke party. The Techmobile is accessible to people of all ages and abilities. Choose it for your technology-based programs.
