You are invited to join us for Philosophy Discussion!  

In 2025, we are embarking on a journey through the whole of Plato’s Republic. This April, we are reading Book 4.  

Our Afternoon meeting begins with a collaborative review of the text, after which we break into small discussion groups. Toward the end, we all come back together and compare perspectives. 

Come learn about Plato's philosophy while getting to know other like-minded individuals in a friendly, collegial setting.

 

 

 

 

All parties are welcome.  No previous philosophical background is required.  Copies of the text are available for free at the BPL Central Library, 2nd Floor SST Reference Desk.
