What's Happening?

Our team of Digital Navigators are eager to assist you with any questions you may have about getting online and using digital tools for communication and digital tasks. Ask us if support is available in your language.

For assistance, please give us a call at 718-230-2297 or email us at digitalnavigator@bklynlibrary.org. Bring your device to one of the following locations for free tech support:

  • Sunset Park Library Tuesdays from 1pm-5pm 
  • Eastern Parkway Library Tuesdays from 1pm-5pm  
  • Brighton Beach Library  Wednesdays from 1pm–5pm     
  • Flatbush Library Thursdays from 1pm–5pm
  • East Flatbush Library Thursdays from 1pm–5pm            

Our digital navigators will also be at the Central Library Civic Commons on Wednesdays, (from 10am to 2pm) & Fridays, (from 1pm-5pm). Reservations are recommended, but walk-ins are possible on a first come, first served basis. Please call us at 718.230.2297 to make a reservation.
