Women's History Month
Celebrate women’s history month with this centuries old craft that women all over the world practiced for generations. All genders are welcome to attend! First, listen to a brief history lesson about why samplers are important records of women's lives. Then pick up needle and thread for this hands-on workshop. Learn a new skill or revive an old one!
- A mindful craft that allows you to slow down
- Beginners encouraged, variety of skill levels supported
This free program is designed for adults and all supplies will be provided. Space and supploes are limited, so please register for class. If registration is full, you are welcome to come to the branch to see if a spot has opened up. Keep in mind that seats will be given to registered patrons first.
