Heritage Ambassador meet up: the E3 vision board workshop : Envision, Empower, Evolve

Welcome to our Heritage Ambassador public Meet up series where folk Heritage artists engage participants into the sharing of their artistic experience, skills and cultural heritage.

Our guest host, Regine Romain , Heritage Ambassador 2022, is a multilingual Haitian-American artist, educator, racial justice strategist and public speaker. As a community-based visual anthropologist and cultural producer, Regine delves into all of her projects with a passion  to heal historic wounds. 

Regine will lead the E3 Vision Board Workshop — a space to Envision, Empower, and Evolve, blending Haitian-American storytelling, visual art, and community connection to inspire the participants ‘s journey and ground their intentions

During times of tremendous change and strife, it is important to ground ourselves within our communities through empowering visions of wellness, care, purpose and action. 

come explore the E3 Method: 1. Envision what you want; 2. Empower yourself to do it. 3. Evolve into the new you. 

Creating vision boards offers an opportunity to sketch and outline your hopes, dreams and aspirations for 2025. 

Material to bring for the workshop: 3 photos of yourself, a poster board, scissors and magazines

Open to intergenerational audiences.
