How to Develop a Meditation Practice That Lasts
health and wellness
yoga and meditation
We all understand the benefits of meditation. We know we feel better when we do it. So why is it so hard to sustain a consistent practice?
In this free class, we will learn how to maintain our motivation and create a steady meditation routine that works for us. We will also enjoy two short, easy meditations that are helpful for folks launching a new practice.
This workshop is suitable for both beginners and long-time practitioners who need help cultivating a steady routine.
Folks are encouraged to stay afterward to discuss their own practice goals with the instructor and fellow attendees.
All are welcome!
