This summer, BPL and the Crown Heights CARE Collective present Rootwork, a series of three radical community-building day fairs at Brower Park Library. Join us for workshops, conversations, giveaways, zines, art-making, food, games, and much more. 

Creating Safe Neighborhoods

What is safety? Who makes us feel safe? Share your thoughts, and learn strategies for de-escalating conflict and intervening in crises. Listen to teens talk about their safety-related hopes, fears, priorities, and proposals.
