Our Summer Safety Symposium will offer trainings and workshops focused on Burn Prevention, Hands-Only CPR, Harm Reduction and Stop the Bleed, in addition to a resource fair with community organizations who can provide information to keep you healthy this summer.

  • 11 AM - 11:45 AM 
    • Fun in the Sun: Summer Skin Safety
      • Led By: NewYork-Presbyterian Burn Center
  • 12 PM - 12:45 PM
    • Hands-Only CPR 
      • Led By: FDNY
  • 1 PM - 1:45 PM
    • Community Narcan Training 
      • Led By: Red Hook Community Justice Center 
      • Narcan Kit will be provided 
  • 2 PM - 3 PM
    • Stop the Bleed Training 
      • Led By: New-York Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital
      • Certificate will be provided

*Light refreshments will be provided*

Please register to join us for any of the training sessions as space is limited. You are not required to attend the entire symposium.
