How successful you are depends on how you use your mind and body. In this Yoga & Meditation series, you will learn about Isha Kriya, a meditative practice, and traditional yoga, for balance and stability. This one hour session teaches Isha Kriya, a simple 12-18 minute practice, to help you become meditative effortlessly.
Isha Kriya does not require previous experience with meditation and can be done sitting in a chair.

Please arrive 10 minutes early, so we can start on time.
Registration is required as space is limited, so please register to reserve a spot.
