Parents: Your children can take free cooking and nutrition classes led by City Harvest!
In this three week program, kids will:
- Have fun cooking healthy food.
- Play fun games and activities
- Learn about MyPlate, the US department of Agriculture's recommendations for healthy eating.
Registration is encouraged! This program is for children ages 7-12 years old.
